The ranch’s house adds the perfect touch to your getaway. Featuring five bedrooms and enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, there’s ample room for everyone to relax and unwind. With even more space to offer, it’s easy to roll out sleeping bags for the kids, making for a fun, indoor camping experience. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of outdoor fun or hosting a cozy gathering, the house provides a warm and inviting retreat where laughter fills the rooms and every space feels like home.

Rolling Raven Ranch offers for rent our Great Hall, and immediate surrounding property for celebrations, Reunions, Retreats, and wedding events in 2024-2025.
Here are the basics:
- The price is $8,000 for the venue and is due 60 days prior to the event date. There is also a $500 concierge fee and a $250 claiming fee due at the same time.
- A refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve a date, which also serves as the damage deposit. The deposit is fully refundable up to six months prior to the event date in the event of cancellation. Otherwise, it will be refunded within 2 weeks after the event, provided the terms of the rental contract were adhered to and there is no damage to the venue.
- Venue rental includes access the day before the event for the vendor setup, and rehearsal from 8AM to 5PM, access the day of your event form 8AM-12AM, and access the following morning for teardown and cleanup from 8AM-12AM.
- All equipment rental/services to be provided by third-party vendors, including tables, chairs, caterers, etc.
- Maximum of 125 guests.
- Use of licensed caterers and bartenders is required.
- Event liability insurance is required.

Our Best package; THE ENTIRE WEEK. You get the house for the whole week – Monday 4PM-Sunday 12PM checkout. Barn and area is available for your one day event – Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
For Just The Weekend
$5,000
With the house AND BARN the day(s) of your event, this is Friday 4:00 check in, staying the entire weekend until Sunday at 12:00. They both allow for planning and EASY preparation and tear down for your event, the house, with barn and its immenities. Times can be adjusted as per your needs.
All prices have an additional fee of $250 for cleaning, non-refundable and a $75 pet fee. If there are additional cleaning fees required or damages you will be charged accordingly. No smoking in the house. Smoking outside is only in designated areas. 2 night minimum, 4PM check-in – 12PM checkout.
Booking and what’s included:
*50% Deposit required to book your dates- non refundable but we can adjust your dates up to 30 days prior to the dates set. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. Feel free to contact us for adjustment or changes. We do our very best to accommodate you/r special needs.
*Set up and tear down of your Tables and chairs for up to 100 is included in your pricing. You may provide or bring in any other items for your event if necessary. You are responsible for yourself and all guests, damages, trash and clean up. Trash can be left in appropriate locations provided.
*Upgrades and Referrals available for photographers, florists, caterers, bartenders, Djs, bands, karaoke, event planners, set up, tear down, RVs and tent spaces available for camping- (you provide tent) and glamping,(we provide tents)
